No web app can promise it will wake a phone whose OS has suspended it, whose ringer is off, or whose audio is routed to CarPlay — the app says so, in the app, and a native push build is next. Anyone claiming otherwise is selling you a missed tow.

  1. Do I need to switch dispatchers?

    No. TowSheet is for operators who take their own calls. Motor-club jobs keep coming through whatever system sends them today.

  2. What if the alarm is wrong?

    Any operator can acknowledge in one tap on the driver screen; the ledger records the acknowledgement and how long it took.

  3. Does it work with no signal?

    Yes — the driver screen runs from local storage, and queued work syncs when the truck finds signal. Nothing is thrown away on a failed upload.
